A present state of mind as well as your physical appearance. Dress nice. Dress for Success! Smell nice. Talk nice. Act nice. 

 Look your best! Make it a daily practice working on your physical appearance. Exercise and eat right. Get enough sleep. 

 As we age, we can still maintain a healthy sexy body. Keep your body and mind sexy! If you have “let yourself go”, change. Start exercising every day. Do cardo, strength and flexibility training. Daily grooming. Shave, primp and prep. Again, do your best to look, act and be the very best version of yourself! Have a daily Breathing and Yoga practice. 

 Do Meditation to calm and focus your mind. During your meditation, practice Envisioning positive emotional as well as physical experiences between you and Lover. Show warmth and kindness. 

 Give the grace of forgiveness to yourself and your Lover. Love without condition. Have an unpredictable positive energy! Be spontaneous! Show up unexpected! Be creative! Do nice and unexpected things. 

 Send out signals that your Lover is special and a turn on. Be a turn on to your lover. Leave your Lover notes expressing gratitude to find as they go through their day! Send a surprise text of love and gratitude. Call and check in! Leave hints of things to come. Talk dirty to your lover. 

 Bring by surprise Drink or Treat to your Lover at work. Be Playful and FUN! Be adventurous and willing to let go. Get out of your comfort zone! Try new things! Do not forget to Flirt! Listen to your lover. 

 Make it your mission to learn your Lovers turn ons  and turn offs. What they like and not like. Learn How they want to be spoken to and how they want to be approached and touched. Then respond to their desires! Learn your Lovers Love Language and speak it! Take the time to study your partner.



 Understand their desires, their dreams and their passions. Go to your Lovers University. Earn your degree. Work Daily to apply what you have learned and continue to learn. Keep your Lover guessing! Have no preconceived expectations. 

 In other words, set the tone of  “Expect the unexpected” within the relationship! Plan a getaway! Go out of your way to serve the one you love. Talk nice about your Lover to others. Communicate you are excited to share your life with your Lover. Work hard at developing a deep closeness and bond that only comes with long term intimacy and commitment.

Mother in Laws

  This past week my Mother In Law passed away.  I reflected on the her and her life.  Our relationship.  What I learned from her.   In our culture you hear a lot of negative commentary made toward relationships with ones Mother In Law. There may or may not be some truth to the lense that one may see their Mother In Law.   When I met her I got the impression she was not impressed and had genuine concern over her daughter marrying me.   For I was not the Returned Missionary she was hopping for her daughter.  I had long hair and looked like I walked out of a Poison MTV video.  I was a 4th year college student in a 2 year college working as a meat cutter/truck driver. I was not an active member of the LDS Church.  I grew up in a divorced home.   Most of my family was "Jack Mormon".  Meaning they drank coffee and known to have a cold beer on occasion.   Needless to say I did not meet the cultural standards and her expectations of a Son In Law.   I dated LDS girls before meeting my

The Accountability Mirror.  What is it?  Goggins describes it like this:  You get up go to the mirror.  Who is looking back?   Are you seeing the person you expected?  Can you see your future Kick Ass self somewhere in the mirror?  Ask yourself "What is it going to take to get there?  What do you have to do".  Are you willing to do what it takes?  Are you willing to SUFFER?  Are you willing to get after it?  Are your willing to sacrifice? Who are You?  Are you seeing the person reflect back at you the person you think you are?  Or do you have work to do.  Are you Accountable?  Is what you do in private reflecting what you do and how you act in public? Healthy Eats!

Healthy Cooking Made Easy! One of the fun ways I have found to healthy eating is with the use of a Bamboo Steamer.  Easy to use and inexpensive.  It is a true KISS technique in cooking! First assemble your ingredients.  I like fresh Veggies.  Slice and dice!  Get all the prep work done.  Be creative in placement in the Bamboo steamer. If using proteins like chicken or fish I recommend a small plate in the steamer to rest the chicken or  fish on.  When using shrimp,  I like using parchment paper.  Wrap the shrimp by folding the paper up tight  and place in the Bamboo steamer.  You want to protect the Steamer from the oils of the fish and chicken.   Once the Bamboo Steamer is full, put it back together.  Get you water boiling in a pot.  Once the water is boiling, place the Bamboo steamer on top and steam  for 8 to 10 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Add salt pepper and a squirt of lime juice and serve! Quiet Yesterday I lost it.  It all came to a head.  Nothing big.  Just things kept building.  Sliced my thumb open while fixing my truck. Then it happened.  A full on F Attack!  I lost it.  Shouldn't have.  But I did.   Looking back I lost the WIRM.  I Should have known my frame of mind was off.  I  was for whatever reason under stress.  During my daily routine vital signs were off slightly.   So how do I learn from this?   Start with getting quiet.  Evaluating the choices and actions. Which I should have done in the moment.  Stop!  Get really still.  Get Quiet.   Start to live in the moment frame by frame.  Get in tune with emotions.   Fill your heart with love and peace.  Use the WIRM (witness, interdict, redirect, maintain).  Do not respond to the negative.  Take a deep breath.  Listen to your soul!  Close your eyes.  Slow down.  SLOW DOWN!   Slow your thoughts.  Focus on the love of self and others.  Let go!  Find joy in this monument.  Find g
