Peace

Peace We all have an energy we bring into our daily life.  It is a presence.  The space you take up.  Whether you know it or not you send out a personal energy into the world around you.  This energy is felt by thoses around you.    It can be through body language.  How you stand.  Look at someone.  Walk into a room.  Where you choose to stand or sit in the room.  How you carry yourself.  The words you choose.  The volume and tone of your voice. .  How you listen.  How you respond.  Or not respond. The spoken and the unspoken language sends a message into the world.  Create an internal environment to bring Peace into the world.  Be a presence of calm.  Warmth.  Love.  Total Self Confidence. Create a positive internal environment to reflect outward. Seek a deep spiritual connection to your surroundings. Invite all of you senses to help tune in.  This is called the Witness.  Create an internal knowing all is well. How do you do this? A Daily Routine:

Quiet Yesterday I lost it.  It all came to a head.  Nothing big.  Just things kept building.  Sliced my thumb open while fixing my truck. Then it happened.  A full on F Attack!  I lost it.  Shouldn't have.  But I did.   Looking back I lost the WIRM.  I Should have known my frame of mind was off.  I  was for whatever reason under stress.  During my daily routine vital signs were off slightly.   So how do I learn from this?   Start with getting quiet.  Evaluating the choices and actions. Which I should have done in the moment.  Stop!  Get really still.  Get Quiet.   Start to live in the moment frame by frame.  Get in tune with emotions.   Fill your heart with love and peace.  Use the WIRM (witness, interdict, redirect, maintain).  Do not respond to the negative.  Take a deep breath.  Listen to your soul!  Close your eyes.  Slow down.  SLOW DOWN!   Slow your thoughts.  Focus on the love of self and others.  Let go!  Find joy in this monument.  Find g

Love The emotional energy that allows forgiveness. Over looks faults. We are all  born with the ability to love.  It is the strongest and most motivating of all emotions. It a positive force of nature! It relieves pain. It’s the same life source/force energy that pumps my heart that pumps your heart.  The only emotion we need in our lives to survive!  To give your physical and emotional energy without condition or expectation.  It drives you to overcome, p ersevere, embrace the “suck” and be your very best self!  It is the “why” you never leave your swim buddy behind...... "Well,  like most hardships this will materialize as a blessing in the rearview mirror.  I work with 51 cities throughout America.  I am of the firm belief that Americans are too busy working mostly to buy shitt they really do not need and chasing a fairy tail of a happier tomorrow. This implosion  will force people to slow down, focus on their families and take stock on their lives.  Yes, lots of people will have lost their jobs.  It will be tuff in the short run.  According to Gallop, 70% of Americans they don't like their jobs anyways.  This crisis gives us a chance to reboot. About 70% of our chronic  disease crisis here in America , 71 % of Americans are  obese or overweight.  Which makes up 85% of our  annual $3.7 Trillion dollar health care bill which is driven by our toxic food environment.  The average American eats out 110 times a year.  Each time consuming 300 extra salt/sugar laden calories that had they eaten at home would not be there. Joy Show up with Joy in your heart!  Be happy!  Look for solutions.  Accept failure as a chance to learn from your mistakes.  Celebrate yo ur achievements!  Find the Joy in the wins of others!  Love yourself and Love Others.   Pass no judgment.  Have a true knowing things always work out.  Life is good!  Service to others. Health This is the corner of stone life. Mental, Physical, Spiritual. Eat fresh and whole food. If you can paint a colorful picture with  the colors on your plate, you are eating well!  Add seeds and nuts for snacks.   Serving size no larger than your fist. Avoid the 3 white devils: Sugar, processed flower and dairy. A high fiber diet keeps our gut biome or good bacteria healthy which in turn, keeps you healthy! Hydrate.  No soda! 1 oz of water per 2 pounds of body weight per day!   Above and beyond your water intake requirement, c offee and tea are excellent antioxidants in moderation. Studies are now demonstrating that they have cancer preventing qualities. They may also help with improving diabetes and cardiovascular health. Kind One of the kindest people I know is my wife.  She knows how to listen. She gives freely of her love. She gives support to those she loves.  Kind people aleve the pain of others. They lighten the load of those who are suffering. They show up in your life! They let go of the need to be right. They have a understanding that sometimes  it's better to be kind than right.   Kind people show compassion.  When you are kind you forgive yourself and others. You give grace.   They practice active  listening.  Seeking to understand not to respond.  Kind  people seek to serve others. Share their time.  They do what is right without recognition. Make it a daily practice working on your physical appearance. Exercise and eat right. Get enough sleep.  As we age, we can still maintain a healthy sexy body. Keep your body and mind sexy! If you have “let yourself go”, change. Start exercising every day. Do cardo, strength and flexibility training.  Daily grooming. Shave, primp and prep. Again, do your best to look, act and be the very best version of yourself! Have a daily Breathing and Yoga practice.  Do Meditation to calm and focus your mind. During your meditation, practice Envisioning positive emotional as well as physical experiences between you and Lover. Show warmth and kindness.  Give the grace of forgiveness to yourself and your Lover. Love without condition. Have an unpredictable positive energy! Be spontaneous! Show up unexpected! Be creative! The Redirection of Fear  "Still water runs deep" Mark Divine   Because of the COVID-19 (CV19) pandemic we have all been under significant stress and fear of the unknown.  As the issues have become more of a reality, it has been interesting how each of us as individuals have handled it.  From complete disregard to total panic, to hoarding behaviors.  Some run and hide.  Others hit it head on looking for solutions. No fear!  I got this!  What is the defining difference of management of fear? There are two motivating human emotions:  Fear and Love.  If you can  understand  fear and love, you  can  predict behavior.  Fear eventually burns out. One gives up, gives in and quits.  True unattached unconditional Love never burns out.  As a tidal wave moves through the oceans deeper waters the surface is rarely disturbed.  As the wave gets closer to the shallow, the bigger the disturbance. Envision Success! One of the Four Cornerstones to Mental Toughness.  The 10th and final of the Eagles Montra! Once you know what or who you want to become, what you want to have or go after, focus on it.  Sit down and break apart the goal, the dream. See the Mission start to finish.  Successful completion! Identify the micro targets you must aim for and take out.  Taking down each one systematically.  As you take out each micro target you get closer to Mission completion and success!   Yes, some targets will be easy and some will be very very difficult. This is where  vision and focus or Envisioning your success trains your mind and gives you the mental muscle memory to get it done! Start by getting really quite.  A deep meditative state.  Then in your minds eye, see yourself overtaking each micro target.  What does that look like?  Then See yourself at the end with mission success! What does that look like.  Feel Like? Taste like?  Smell like? How do you look? H

Not that of the spirit, the body, or the mind. I don't ask You for wealth, or success, or even health. All those things are asked of You so much Lord, that you can't have any left to give. Give me instead Lord what You have left. Give me what others don't want. I want uncertainty and doubt. I want torment and battle. And I ask that You give them to me now and forever Lord, so I can be sure to always have them, because I won't always have the strength to ask again. But give me also the courage, the energy, and the spirit to face them. I ask You these things Lord, because I can't ask them of myself.
