What does it mean to be world class.  I was having this discussion with a colleague at work after reading Robin Sharma's work. World-class embodies inner mastery and outward excellence.  World Class radiates  positive energy ,  calm , and   confidence , moving through life with a deep sense of  purpose  and  presence . Their self-awareness fuels  their actions aligning  with a clear, authentic   "why".  World Class are the" 1% of the 1% . Ducks keep repeating the same thing again and again getting the same results.  They  swim around the pond constantly complaining "Nothing in my life every changes".  The negative Nellie.   They do just what is asked. The Walk

Once upon a time, not too long ago, a Father and son set off for a walk.  It was the end of the day and the sun was beginning to set.  They headed for their favorite spot on a local beach.  When they arrived they could see the sun on the horizon kissing the water with brilliant yellows and burring oranges.  The water answered back with reflecting colors of deep blues and majestic purples.  They sat themselves down in the cool sand to take in the site. After a few minutes the father turned to his son and asked "Son, when you look at the mountains behind us, what do you see?". His son thought for a time and then said "I see large fields to run and play in.  I see trees to climb and wild life to chase.  I see mountains covered in snow for me to ski down.  That is what I see when I look at the mountains behind us". A SOLDIER’S PRAYER I'm asking You God, to give me what You have left. Give me those things which others never ask of You. I don't ask You for rest, or tranquility. Not that of the spirit, the body, or the mind. I don't ask You for wealth, or success, or even health. All those things are asked of You so much Lord, that you can't have any left to give. Give me instead Lord what You have left. Give me what others don't want. I want uncertainty and doubt. I want torment and battle. And I ask that You give them to me now and forever Lord, so I can be sure to always have them, because I won't always have the strength to ask again.   Be Sharp An ability to correctly assess and take in information through observation, listening, asking questions and applying past and current knowledge to arrive at correct solution or assessment of an issue or problem.  Then propose and put into place corrective action. Move in positive direction. The ability to be unattached to preconceived out comes. To take corrective action for change. Continue the RIGHT course when it is unpopular. In other words, having a “knowing” what is right. Having the self-confidence to do what is right. With self-awareness and practice flexing this mental it will become intuitive/ instinctive.

Peace We all have an energy we bring into our daily life.  It is a presence.  The space you take up.  Whether you know it or not you send out a personal energy into the world around you.  This energy is felt by thoses around you.    It can be through body language.  How you stand.  Look at someone.  Walk into a room.  Where you choose to stand or sit in the room.  How you carry yourself.  The words you choose.  The volume and tone of your voice. .  How you listen.  How you respond.  Or not respond.
