You may not find yourself doing what you are truly passionate about. You may not be good at your true passions. Do your best. Have excitement and positive energy about the task at hand!

The Accountability Mirror.  What is it?  Goggins describes it like this:  You get up go to the mirror.  Who is looking back?   Are you seeing the person you expected?  Can you see your future Kick Ass self somewhere in the mirror?  Ask yourself "What is it going to take to get there?  What do you have to do".  Are you willing to do what it takes?  Are you willing to SUFFER?  Are you willing to get after it?  Are your willing to sacrifice? Day 21

  A good friend and mentor "Life Coach" walked up to  me at the end of January and said "Man you look like Shit!".  He then gave me a big hug and said "Welcome Home Brother!"  I was on Maui for a conference and COVID was looking like we had it  controlled and hope insight.  He sat me down in the sand and for 45 minuted I closed my eyes and we meditated and did breathe work.   I did not realize how bad  the pandemic and dealing with the mental beating "We" as health care worker were/had taken.  I am broken.  Never could I have imagined that patients and the general public would turn on us and treat us with such disrespect and disregard.  I can only relate it to what my friends experienced that  came home from service in Vietnam.  The health care worker has now become the next Vietnam Vet in the public eye. The Redirection of Fear  "Still water runs deep" Mark Divine   Because of the COVID-19 (CV19) pandemic we have all been under significant stress and fear of the unknown.  As the issues have become more of a reality, it has been interesting how each of us as individuals have handled it.  From complete disregard to total panic, to hoarding behaviors.  Some run and hide.  Others hit it head on looking for solutions. How I strive to live! What I have learned over years. This about sums it up. Today is a day I reflect on all I am. Today is a special day for me. I have now been brought back together with ALL of my family. So blessed to have the Mom and Dad who raised me and now I have my Birth parents and family in my life. I now know where I came from. I now have a clear vision where I am headed. I want my family and friends to know how grateful I am for all of you! I love you! Nothing like old friends (family). Do not take yourself to seriously.  Smile. Laugh until it hurts. Peace We all have an energy we bring into our daily life.  It is a presence.  The space you take up.  Whether you know it or not you send out a personal energy into the world around you.  This energy is felt by thoses around you.    It can be through body language.  How you stand.  Look at someone.  Walk into a room.  Where you choose to stand or sit in the room.  How you carry yourself.  The words you choose.  The volume and tone of your voice. .  How you listen.  How you respond.  Or not respond. The Coin

  For Christmas in 2023 I gave a Decision coin to those I care deeply about.  I continue to give the coins and over the past year I have given out over 100.   What is a Decision coin you may ask? It is a coin used to make decisions of course.  When you find yourself in a position you need to make a choice between 2 things.  Assign one choice Heads and one Tails.  Flip the coin.  Where it lands is the one you go with it.   Do not look back! This started for me when I was on a trip the to the Big Island with close friends and my son Scott.  We found ourselves multiple times trying to make a choice on what to do, where to go or what to eat.  He would pull out this coin and say Head or Tails!  Flip it.  Off we could go! Scott would later explain he got the idea from a book about a gentleman that use he would use a set of Decision Dice or coin to make all of his life decisions.  The book was the story of his life and ...
