You may not find yourself doing what you are truly passionate about. You may not be good at your true passions. Do your best. Have excitement and positive energy about the task at hand!

What does it mean to be world class.  I was having this discussion with a colleague at work after reading Robin Sharma's work. World-class embodies inner mastery and outward excellence.  World Class radiates  positive energy ,  calm , and   confidence , moving through life with a deep sense of  purpose  and  presence . Their self-awareness fuels  their actions aligning  with a clear, authentic   "why".  World Class are the" 1% of the 1% . Peace We all have an energy we bring into our daily life.  It is a presence.  The space you take up.  Whether you know it or not you send out a personal energy into the world around you.  This energy is felt by thoses around you.    It can be through body language.  How you stand.  Look at someone.  Walk into a room.  Where you choose to stand or sit in the room.  How you carry yourself.  The words you choose.  The volume and tone of your voice. .  How you listen.  How you respond.  Or not respond. Day 21

  A good friend and mentor "Life Coach" walked up to  me at the end of January and said "Man you look like Shit!".  He then gave me a big hug and said "Welcome Home Brother!"  I was on Maui for a conference and COVID was looking like we had it  controlled and hope insight.  He sat me down in the sand and for 45 minuted I closed my eyes and we meditated and did breathe work.   I did not realize how bad  the pandemic and dealing with the mental beating "We" as health care worker were/had taken.  I am broken.  Never could I have imagined that patients and the general public would turn on us and treat us with such disrespect and disregard.  I can only relate it to what my friends experienced that  came home from service in Vietnam.  The health care worker has now become the next Vietnam Vet in the public eye. Find Peace Under The Wave

Just relax, go with the flow of the ocean, duck dive under the wave avoiding the full power and negative forces.  By changing your perception of your position, you avoid the trauma of the negative energy crashing down on you.  You save yourself from the pain of being rolled.  Avoiding the possibility finding yourself  pinned to the bottom of the ocean.   Duck diving, you find yourself at peace under the wave surrounded by the peaceful silence of submersion. Envision Success! One of the Four Cornerstones to Mental Toughness.  The 10th and final of the Eagles Montra! Once you know what or who you want to become, what you want to have or go after, focus on it.  Sit down and break apart the goal, the dream. See the Mission start to finish.  Successful completion! Identify the micro targets you must aim for and take out.  Taking down each one systematically.  As you take out each micro target you get closer to Mission completion and success!   Yes, some targets will be easy and some will be very very difficult. This is where  vision and focus or Envisioning your success trains your mind and gives you the mental muscle memory to get it done!
