The life God sent me here to live? Or am I living the life others expected of me and defined by others for me? Do not die with your music still in you!  Live your love of life defined by you!  Not defined by others! Ask yourself Ask yourself What if? Then ask yourself Why NOT?!? Then say Yes, Yes, I Can!  Then say, "I GOT THIS!"  Get it done! When you do this, the answer is "I am so Grateful I did that!".  Stop JUST showing up in life! Life is a journey, a blessing, an opportunity to be your best self! You have been given the opportunity to LIVE! So, the question is What if? What if I start living? Face the FEAR Wolf! Start BEING-ACTING ALIVE! ASK THE QUESTION WHAT IF?  Then do it!  Fail forward fast!  Get back up and fail/fall.  Get Back up again and  again. Be the Hero not the Zero
We all know the zeros: the dementors, the nay Sayers. Those that pull us down. Suck the Life out of you! Always have the negative sky is falling attitude. To be the Hero one must be the light of day! The positive solution. The one to be unattached! The one with a knowing all will work out. The hero is supportive to others. Gives a hand of support. Makes supportive comments. I am here for you! I got your back! I will not leave you behind. If you are in trouble anywhere in the world and you call for help, 24/7/365, the Hero will come for you! Say yes. Or say no. Be clear!  The questions to ask yourself are: Are you          ALL  in? Or Just interested? Or not interested at all? Does it fit your Ethos? Does it meet your FITS(Fit, Importance, Simplicity, Simple)?  Bottom line if you say yes, you are saying you are in and willing! Help where ever you can.  Have a Positive Mindset ! Stand by your friends, family and team mates! Give of your time and money! Show up and be present when you agree to do so. Do the work!  “The Key to Happiness is SERVICE to others” Dr. K Hicks.  Say what you are going to do, then do what you say! Happy Heart!  Full of Joy!

Be on Time
Sounds simple RIGHT? This is one of the rules for success for the Seattle Sea Hawks. Everyone must show up on time to work, meetings, work outs or appointments. Why? It shows respect to the other person for their time. Time is the most valuable commodity. It is nonrenewable resource. It is limited. So be on time. Timing or be on time can also have other meanings. Like in football, the timing of route by receiver. Timing in relationships. Showing up in another person’s life at the right time. Saying the right thing or wrong thing at the right time. When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Be on time has all types of meanings and consequence's and rewards. This is a hard one. Timing and being on time take practice self-discipline and self-control and respect for yourself and others.

Be Competitive
The desire to be better. Be better today that yesterday. This is more with yourself than someone else. This competitive energy keeps you young and fun! It keeps life interesting. Be unattached to the outcome. Be more in tuned with the experience! Learn from it! Get better because you competed, finished what you started!  Get out there and do it! Winning is the icing!  The feeling of the Win  it only lasts for a very short time and you must move on! “Keep Moving Forward” Lance Armstrong.

Be of Excellence and Quality
There not need for a lot of Things. Seek out is quality of Things. Buying something on sale or of lessor quality to save money most of the time leads to spending more money and time in repairs of the junk. Eventually you end up  buying the higher quality item any way. To save money and more important time, spend a little more money and get quality the first time. This is true for just about anything.  Whether it’s an item or an experience.  Seek out excellence in music, food, books, friends, professional colleagues and experiences. Life is to short not to surround yourself with the BEST.  Enjoy what you have. It may not be a lot. Make sure it is the best.

Be Entertaining
Bring Joy! Bring Fun! Share your talents. Sing when it’s time to sing! Dance when it’s  time to dance! Laugh when it’s time to laugh! Bring comfort to those in pain or suffering.

Be in Balance
To be in balance or have balance is to be able to recognize when you are spending too much time or energy on one aspect of life. Getting off course.
The Unbeatable Mind Coaching and Training teaches the 5 Mountains: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Intuition, Kokoro (Holistic). Each mountain must be in balance with the other.
This practice builds a strong Mind (mental toughness, sharpness, wit) Body (strength, health) and Spirit (calmness, peace , deep insight)
Take time, focus on the spiritual mental and physical aspect of life. Focus on each of the 5 Mountains each day. Morning routines and evening reflection.

Be Interesting
Start by showing interest in others. Ask questions about their interests and what makes people tick. Seek deep connection with others. Interesting people are connectors. When you know you are going to meet someone new for the first time, do some recon on what they like. Learn about them. Study. So, when you meet you can talk intelligently about what they like. I learned this from a mentor of mine. He would read persons he was about to meet CV.  He would then learn about one or two of the persons hobbies. Google it. Be ready to talk about what is important to that person. Interesting people are well rounded. Well studied in the arts and science and have an open mind. Interesting people are good communicators. Most important they are good listeners. Interesting people are open to new experiences. Interesting people are adventurous and seek challenges. They are humble. Kind. Share the spotlight. Interesting people know how to make others feel comfortable, at ease. They are great story tellers. Mostly, they live fearless! Look for opportunities to have fun, laugh and overcome challenges. Interesting people are not Posers. They live life full throttle! They never stop being inquisitive, exploring and asking questions. A constant state of learning.

Be Respectful
Others may not agree with you. Treat them as though you would want to be treated. Listen. Be calm. Learn from them. Do not degrade or make them fell less than you because of their views. They are worthy of your attention. Give people space. Do not talk bad about others or put people down. Stand up for those not present. Be quick to forgive and slow to judge. Only speak if it’s true, it is wise, it is positive, and it comes from a place of love. Be respectful of feelings, emotions, opinions, time, leaders, parents, friends, strangers and those you love the most. This comes through a willingness to practice acceptance, service, grace and love of self and others!

Be Unattached
It is the space in between the setting of a target and the outcome that matters most. As you work towards your target/goal you Learn. Gain focus. You have wins. You fall. Being bound to expectations and unwillingness to practice the principles of the OODA Loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act, a constant state of evaluation reflection and quick corrective action towards mission success) can lead you off course. Leading to stress. Pain. Unhappiness. An Unhealthy physical, mental and emotional states. Expectations can be resentments in embryo. Allowing the embryo to grow can become full resentments taking you off course and destroying all you work for. Negative thought loops or patterns the continue circle in your head. Bring you down. Losing sight of what is important. This is true Particularly when working on the Emotional and Intuitional Mountain s. Remember there are no justified resentments. By being Unattached, you have flexibility and freedom to change course. No regrets. No second guessing. Usually achieving something even greater than the original target or goal. Mission success!

Be Alive
Live life! Enjoy it! Take every opportunity to experience life! Drink it in! Get out of your comfort zone! If you screw up Own, it! The third rule of success for the Seattle Sea Hawks for success! Make changes to do better and be better! But live and be alive! It may hurt but at least you know you are still in the game! Breath, Laugh, Cry! Most important Love! Love yourself love your family! Love your friends! Love your life! Get out there and Live!

Be Honest
Tell the truth. Be honest with your dealings. Have integrity. So many people today including institutions (Church/Religion is the worst followed by Government/Politicians, and Companies) are dishonest in their dealings with us. If we are going to change our environment or country or our world if you will, we must change from within. Hold our own feet to the fire. Be able to look in the mirror and the person looking has values. Tell the truth. Be honest. When you are wrong or make a mistake OWN IT! Say to yourself I was wrong. Do what you need to do to make it right. Apologies are good for your sole. Make changes in your life so you do not do that again. Stop justifying what you do is right even though it is wrong by saying the other person is doing it so then I am OK in what I am doing even if it goes against our Core Values. Stop it. I will change myself, my home and my circle of influence. This is the only way to fix the problem that are tarring apart our world. It is simple. Be honest in your dealings. It is called Charter! It starts being honest with yourself.

So, what does it mean to Just Be?  It starts by how you talk to yourself and how you explain your actions. to yourself. Self-talk and thought are key to your actions. It is all the above working all at once. Dynamic and ever changing! What you think about is how you will become. The precursor to every action is a thought! Once you understand this you start to become very careful about what your think about! Feed the aspects of your core values that make you a better person. Starve the Fear and the bad ones by not spending precious time on the negative.
