Peace

Peace

We all have an energy we bring into our daily life.  It is a presence.  The space you take up.  Whether you know it or not you send out a personal energy into the world around you.  This energy is felt by thoses around you.

It can be through body language.  How you stand.  Look at someone.  Walk into a room.  Where you choose to stand or sit in the room.  How you carry yourself.  The words you choose.  The volume and tone of your voice. .  How you listen.  How you respond.  Or not respond. The spoken and the unspoken language sends a message into the world.

Create an internal environment to bring Peace into the world.  Be a presence of calm.  Warmth.  Love.  Total Self Confidence.

Create a positive internal environment to reflect outward.

Seek a deep spiritual connection to your surroundings.
Invite all of you senses to help tune in.  This is called the Witness.
Create an internal knowing all is well.

How do you do this?

A Daily Routine:

1. Breath work. Meditation. Self reflection. Envision your success. See yourself in this calm peaceful state all of the time.  Practice, Pratice Pratice!

2. Get enough rest and sleep. Go to bed and get up at the same time.  Have good sleep habits.  Daily naps are good.  Stop and take a timeout for 5 minutes and do breathe work or meditation. Take time to "check in" with yourself throughout the day.

3. Exercise daily.  Make your life about movement and flow.  Look for opportunities to move more.

4. Hydrate.  Take your weight in kilograms and that is a rough estimate of the ounces  you should be drinking of water everyday. 1 Kg = 2.2 #.  If you weight 180 pounds, 180/2.2 = 90 kg,  drink 90 oz of water a day.

5. Eat colorful fresh food.  Limit meat.  Smaller portion size.  Stop eating at 80% full.

6. Get into nature daily.

7. Time with friends.  Seek out at least 3 friends that you can call in the best and worst of times. Check iin regularly if not daily.

8.  Have a community of practice.  Seek out people with similar likes and activities and spend time with them. Surround yourself with the 5 people you want to become like.  Studies show you become like those you spend the most time with.

9. Build your spiritual connection(s).   Get quiet.  Listen to your inner soul. Face your fears.  Pratice intuition and hearing the small voice in your head.  Listen to it.  Listen to your heart and what it is telling you.

10.  Positive self talk.  Pay very close attention to what you are saying to yourself.  How you say it.  Pay attention to your body language.  Practice smiling. Have Accountability.  Look in the mirrior.  Change what you do not like looking back at you.  Celebrate what you do like.

As you work on this, give yourself grace.  It takes time.

Living in the Growth zone!

You got this!

Have a great day my friends!
