Through self Mastery you gain True Power.

Understanding you have enough makes you Rich!

Be  in balanced.  Live Centered.  Though this you can totally embrace Death.  From this place, you flow with and become one again with Tao/God. Enduring forever.

Defining World Class

What does it mean to be world class.  I was having this discussion with a colleague at work after reading Robin Sharma's work. World-class embodies inner mastery and outward excellence.  World Class radiates  positive energy ,  calm , and   confidence , moving through life with a deep sense of  purpose  and  presence . Their self-awareness fuels  their actions aligning  with a clear, authentic   "why".  World Class are the" 1% of the 1% . My Living Room My Wall, Putting the SOCIAL back in Social Media

                                "My Wall, My Rules" Several weeks ago a close friend of mine called to check in.  He is a physician.  A wise man I have known for  over 30 years.  We started talking about Social Media and how it has changed and altered our lives.   One concern we both shared is the lack of respect people show each other on social media.  I am the first to admit I have been guilty.   He then shared some wise advice.  He said "Think of your Facebook wall as your living room and give the same respect to others".   He went on to say "If someone posts something you disagree with or it offends you, on their wall ,  say to yourself what you wanted to post and move-swipe on".    If you find a post positive or you like it, Like It.  Even take the time to say something supportive or positive.  In other words use ...

Day 20

Day 20:  I am working on Yoga, flexibility.  Doing my Pop ups and Cardio via a jump rope routine. 1. Surf yoga 2. Jump rope 30 seconds on 3o seconds off 10 reps 3. 25 surf pop up (essentially  a burpee starts from the superman position to a standing Regular/Goofy surf stance back down, repeate) 4. Meditation "Future me" 30 minutes 5. Sauna 30 minutes at 153 degress 6. Swim and hot tub before bed Yesterday, I mention the Laird Hamilton Circuit.  I have modified to meet my equipment and space. 1. Plank knee to elbow to under opposing  arm 2. Surfer pop ups. Alternating Regular then Goofy.   3. Surfer Shoulder Routine:     a. Weighted front lift. Day 21

  A good friend and mentor "Life Coach" walked up to  me at the end of January and said "Man you look like Shit!".  He then gave me a big hug and said "Welcome Home Brother!"  I was on Maui for a conference and COVID was looking like we had it  controlled and hope insight.  He sat me down in the sand and for 45 minuted I closed my eyes and we meditated and did breathe work.   I did not realize how bad  the pandemic and dealing with the mental beating "We" as health care worker were/had taken.  I am broken.  Never could I have imagined that patients and the general public would turn on us and treat us with such disrespect and disregard.  I can only relate it to what my friends experienced that  came home from service in Vietnam.  The health care worker has now become the next Vietnam Vet in the public eye. Someday that will be you.   Place your hand on your heart.  Feel it beating? That energy?  That energy keeps you alive!  That energy is source, universal(God's) energy.  It is everywhere. Find Peace Under The Wave

"The wise person not choosing to jump into floodwaters, but when surrounded by them, accepting struggle, endure by choosing peace over war".   Seneca, Moral Letters, 28.7 This is surfing.  Actually this is Life!  Paddling into big waves. Just relax, go with the flow of the ocean, duck dive under the wave avoiding the full power and negative forces.  By changing your perception of your position, you avoid the trauma of the negative energy crashing down on you.  You save yourself from the pain of being rolled.  Avoiding the possibility finding yourself  pinned to the bottom of the ocean.   Duck diving, you find yourself at peace under the wave surrounded by the peaceful silence of submersion. The wave passes over head.  You arise to keep moving forward without loss of position.  You can do this in life.  When you identify the waves (drama)  of life are about to crash down on you, take a breath.  Duck dive.  Arise....
