Through self Mastery you gain True Power.

Understanding you have enough makes you Rich!

Be  in balanced.  Live Centered.  Though this you can totally embrace Death.  From this place, you flow with and become one again with Tao/God. Enduring forever.

  For Christmas in 2023 I gave a Decision coin to those I care deeply about.  I continue to give the coins and over the past year I have given out over 100.   What is a Decision coin you may ask? It is a coin used to make decisions of course.  When you find yourself in a position you need to make a choice between 2 things.  Assign one choice Heads and one Tails.  Flip the coin.  Where it lands is the one you go with it.   Do not look back! This started for me when I was on a trip the to the Big Island with close friends and my son Scott.  We found ourselves multiple times trying to make a choice on what to do, where to go or what to eat.  He would pull out this coin and say Head or Tails!  Flip it.  Off we could go! Ropes!

When I was growing up as a young man a metaphor  I was taught by my tribal  leaders was about a Kite.  When you fly a Kite the string is what gives the Kite its stability.  The stings connected to the ground is what keeps the Kite in flight and not whisked away in the wind. Keep a tight hold to the ground through the string.   The Kite is you, the Sting is the principles taught. This guiding principles are what will keep you grounded and safe. I asked the question "What if there is a storm?  A Kite bound to the ground by string will  that not tear apart the Kite?".  The string becomes a burden.    Like the elephant and the string. WOD "Workout Of The Day #1"

Day 20

Day 20:  I am working on Yoga, flexibility.  Doing my Pop ups and Cardio via a jump rope routine. 1. Surf yoga 2. Jump rope 30 seconds on 3o seconds off 10 reps 3. 25 surf pop up (essentially  a burpee starts from the superman position to a standing Regular/Goofy surf stance back down, repeate) 4. Meditation "Future me" 30 minutes 5. Sauna 30 minutes at 153 degress 6. Swim and hot tub before bed Yesterday, I mention the Laird Hamilton Circuit.  I have modified to meet my equipment and space. 1. Plank knee to elbow to under opposing  arm 2. Surfer pop ups. Simplify "A Hero's Journey"

" I went to Medical school to help myself and others live the best and healthiest lives possible.  The day I started Medical School was the day I started  down the path of dis-Health or Disease (Diss Ease) .  So what is a Hero's Journey?  Why not just become "Enlightened"?  Practice Mindfulness?
