Through self Mastery you gain True Power.

Understanding you have enough makes you Rich!

Be  in balanced.  Live Centered.  Though this you can totally embrace Death.  From this place, you flow with and become one again with Tao/God. Enduring forever.

Be Bold Being bold means to be willing to take risks. Be willing to be vulnerable, expose while at the same time being brave and strong. Stand for something. Go for it! Turn Left in a Right turning tribe. A willingness to be different. When You fail/fall get right back up and learn from your mistakes. Overcoming or facing fear and anxiety. A mental attitude of Fear(less) or fearing less is being Bold. Be Charming To Be Charming is to be first and foremost, to be Sincere. Being Charming is the ability to listen. Make others feel comfortable, safe, liked and loved. Being a Charming person work to alleviate one’s fears and anxiety. Bring a level of comfort. Work to be delightful and agreeable. Simplify "A Hero's Journey"

" I went to Medical school to help myself and others live the best and healthiest lives possible.  The day I started Medical School was the day I started  down the path of dis-Health or Disease (Diss Ease) .  So what is a Hero's Journey?  Why not just become "Enlightened"?  Practice Mindfulness? The Duck Pond “The Easy Path leads to the Hard Life, The Hard Path leads to the Easy Life”  Rilke Are you a Duck?  Are you and Eagle?  Are you a Eagle convinced you are a Duck? Ducks: Live in the the Duck Pond. Ducks keep repeating the same thing again and again getting the same results.  They  swim around the pond constantly complaining "Nothing in my life every changes".  The negative Nellie.   They do just what is asked. Never go the extra mile.  They complain "quack" to everyone how unfair life is.  They live within their comfort zone.  The place of cozy and familiar.  They don't realize this is a sweet poison silently killing their inner Soul.  We have all had that waiter or person behind the counter who is rude and can not or will not help you because of "this" or "that" reason.  That is a Duck! 40 Days A Son's Wisdom

  "40 Days" Recently my son Scott and I are sitting in the back yard taking in the stars. Spending  time together.  A great way to close the day.   Cold Beers in hand he starts asking me questions.   "Dad, How old are you now?".  "So, What is the average life expectancy of a man in the United States today?"  I start thinking  "where is this going?'.   Knowing how smart he is and how intuitive he is I start thinking this is going to go deep.  So, Dad.  "How many days/experiences have we had this year together?"  "Two" I answered. He then does some simple math.  If you live to the average age of 75 years of age, that calculates to  on average you have 20 years left.  We spent 2 days together this year.  That totals 40 days. "What?" I said.  Yes.  Think about it.  On average, you and I have 40 days left together.  Then you are gone!  I didn't tell him my goal is to go sur...

  Be Sharp An ability to correctly assess and take in information through observation, listening, asking questions and applying past and current knowledge to arrive at correct solution or assessment of an issue or problem.  Then propose and put into place corrective action. Move in positive direction. The ability to be unattached to preconceived out comes. To take corrective action for change. Continue the RIGHT course when it is unpopular. In other words, having a “knowing” what is right. Having the self-confidence to do what is right. With self-awareness and practice flexing this mental it will become intuitive/ instinctive.

The Duck Dive

"The wise person not choosing to jump into floodwaters, but when surrounded by them, accepting struggle, endure by choosing peace over war".   Seneca, Moral Letters, 28.7 This is surfing.  Actually, this is Life!  A  surfer paddling into big waves, will relax, go with the flow.  Meets the  wave.  Duck dives under the wave avoiding the full power and upward force.  Drawing onto the face of the wave.  The same can be true in life when facing daunting and overwhelming stress, tragedy negativity or trauma.  What is a "Duck Dive"?   It's when a surfer changes their position on the board as large wave approaches.  Large waves have the force to pick up and crash the surfer down on to the reef.   The wave also has an opposite and protective energy.
