Understanding you have enough makes you Rich!

Be  in balanced.  Live Centered.  Though this you can totally embrace Death.  From this place, you flow with and become one again with Tao/God. Enduring forever.

Defining World Class

What does it mean to be world class.  I was having this discussion with a colleague at work after reading Robin Sharma's work. World-class embodies inner mastery and outward excellence.  World Class radiates  positive energy ,  calm , and   confidence , moving through life with a deep sense of  purpose  and  presence . Their self-awareness fuels  their actions aligning  with a clear, authentic   "why".  World Class are the" 1% of the 1% . They do not dwell in anger.  Their position is No Worries !  World Class cultivates a mindset of resilience, gratitude, and growth.  They meet   fear with courage.  Feeding the courage Wolf and starving the the Fear Wolf.  They seek out the hard and difficult.  World Class is  of the mindset of viewing every obstacle as a chance to evolve.   The harder the better.  Adversity = Opportunity  to achieve Greatnes...

Trees

Trees. You can learn a lot from a tree.  Trees absorb the energy given freely from the sun and turn it into food so they can grow.   They share their fruit with others to be feed as well.  They breath in carbon dioxide and breath out oxygen. Filling the world with life giving resource so others can live. In the Fall they let go of their dead leaf’s so in the spring they can renew.  What if you were like a tree?   You take in energy  from the Universe to nourish your soul creating positivity to share. What if you took in  the toxins you encountered changed them, and then released them back into the world to give and support life. What if in the Fall’s of your experiences you let go of your dead leaf’s?  The thoughts, beliefs that no longer serve you. Attitude of Gratitude "1,000 Thank Yous"

"Mahalo Ke Akua" Mahalo "Thank You".  Ke Akua, "God". Thank you for the clean air that I breath, the fresh water  I drink, the healthy food I eat and the roof over my head.  Most importantly, Thank You for all the wonderful loving people that  have been in my life, currently in my life and  who will come into my life! The Duck Dive

"The wise person not choosing to jump into floodwaters, but when surrounded by them, accepting struggle, endure by choosing peace over war".   Seneca, Moral Letters, 28.7 This is surfing.  Actually, this is Life!  A  surfer paddling into big waves, will relax, go with the flow.  Meets the  wave.  Duck dives under the wave avoiding the full power and upward force.  Drawing onto the face of the wave.  The same can be true in life when facing daunting and overwhelming stress, tragedy negativity or trauma.  What is a "Duck Dive"?   It's when a surfer changes their position on the board as large wave approaches.  Large waves have the force to pick up and crash the surfer down on to the reef.   The wave also has an opposite and protective energy. Rules for Success I have spent a lot of time studying people I find inspiring. My mentors if you will.   People I look up to.  I wanted to know what makes them tic, how they become who they are and how they overcome adversity.  Here are the common threads I have discovered. 1. Have a desire to win!  Win! Not at all cost. But WIN! Be a winner. Think, Act and Talk like a Winner! That means at times, you must learn accept loss and understand why. How you were not prepared. Or maybe the other person was just better than you. You still come away a better person for the experience. This will lead to becoming a winner. This is the foundation to be a winner! OODA loop! Life’s Angels and Life Guards As I grow  and climb up the Intuitional Mountain, I have come to appreciate that still small voice in my head.  I am learning the value of paying attention to it.  When it tells me to call a friend or reach out to someone I do it.  I am more willing now than ever to face my fear.  I listen when it tells me to avoid a danger. It tells me to  chase a  dream I do it. Get uncomfortable, OK.  I do it!  It's living from the Heart!  Living from your Gut! You never know when or if you are ever going to see that person again. These moments are so valuable.  Listen. Respond. When I was growing up as a young man a metaphor  I was taught by my tribal  leaders was about a Kite.  When you fly a Kite the string is what gives the Kite its stability.  The stings connected to the ground is what keeps the Kite in flight and not whisked away in the wind. Keep a tight hold to the ground through the string.   The Kite is you, the Sting is the principles taught. This guiding principles are what will keep you grounded and safe. I asked the question "What if there is a storm?  A Kite bound to the ground by string will  that not tear apart the Kite?".  The string becomes a burden.    Like the elephant and the string. A false thought.   A chain.  What If I am not a Kite?  But an Eagle?  Then the string becomes a rope that ties me down.  Causing me  harm.  Preventing me from soaring high above the storm. WOD "Workout Of The Day #1"
