Having a Positive Mental Attitude is one of the 4 cornerstones to Mental Toughness! Even in the most challenging and roughest of times stay positive! When the going gets tough, the Tough get Positive!
Being positive brings light to darkness.
Being and staying Positive is:
- Part of the Solution to getting things done.
- It is an internal knowing it will all work out. Positive is a clear understanding failure is just another opportunity to learn and become better.
- Unattached to outcome.
- Going for it!
- Making adjustments on the fly. Corrective actions to keep forward momentum toward accomplishing the Mission.
- Attitude of gratitude. Sending written and verbal "Thank you's" to others or into the Universe through payer.
- Willingness to Joyfully put your shoulder into the work and get it done!.
- It is an uncanny ability to find the positive silver lining in the manure of life.
