Because I Believe in Me:

I have trusting in myself!

I attract all that is good.  

I trust myself to handle what is coming!  I trust my past has lead me here. I honor all of my choices not knowing how they will turn out.  

I  let go! I  know the choices I make are going to turn out!  I have an internal knowing I am on my path, the path I must live.  This path is without regard to the Judgment of others.  

My life is full of  adventure.  I am comfortable with being uncomfortable. I live just outside of my comfort zone!  

I live to be inspired!

I live with a spirit of Adventure!

I am willing to take risks!

I have an open Mind to everything and closed to nothing!

I  always say "Yes" to opportunities that excite me!  I face my Fears. Feeding the Courage Wolf!

I easily create energy!

I have the power and skill to create an exciting life.  

I attract Fun.  

I intentionally dream about my next adventure.  My dreams are bigger than my memories!

The Accountability Mirror.  What is it?  Goggins describes it like this:  You get up go to the mirror.  Who is looking back?   Are you seeing the person you expected?  Can you see your future Kick Ass self somewhere in the mirror?  Ask yourself "What is it going to take to get there?  What do you have to do".  Are you willing to do what it takes?  Are you willing to SUFFER?  Are you willing to get after it?  Are your willing to sacrifice? The balance allows you to open your arms to receive the world.  Do this and become a child.  Because you know the light you understand the dark. Though this knowledge, Tao (God) is strong within you. There is nothing you can't do. Know the personal (thy self). In doing so, You can accept the world. For  this allows Tao to illuminate within. You become a tool of the Tao (God) to be use in all things.
