This is a circuit workout. Follow one exercise to the next. Do the number of reps and move on. Restart again until 3 rounds have been completed!
Warm up Yoga
Then 3 Rounds:

- AB Roller set of 20, 15, 10
- Plank Hold 1 minute (x3)
- Cable Pull Down set of 25, 15, 5
- Bench Press set 25, 15, 5
- Leg Extension set of 25, 25, 5
- Sandbag Dead Lift set of 25, 15, 5
- Scarecrow set of 25, 15, 5
- Bicep Curl set 25, 15, 5
- Tri Kick Back set of 25, 15. 5
- Air Sandbag Squat set of 25, 15, 5
- Shoulder Press set of 25, 15, 5
- Chest Flys set of 25, 15, 5
- Sitting Row set 25, 15, 5
- Battle Ropes 1 minute, 30 seconds, 30 seconds
Cool Down/Hydrate
Ice Bath Hot Tub!
