Attitude of Gratitude!

The Attitude of Gratitude is a daily practice.  It starts with humility.  Giving up control to a Higher Power. It is a choice.  
Every day sit down, write it down!  State it! What you are Grateful for.  Whatever so small.  The wins.  The comfort.  The pure Joy you experience.  The people you are grateful for.  The experience you are grateful for.  The things in your life that make you happy.  Go right now, do it!  Grab a pen, paper and Journal.  Write it down!  Every day!  

Then, give it back.  Say "Thank You!".  Serve others.  Share your life.  Share your love!  Share you light in the world. 

Practice Gratitude each day.  Ask the question "What am I supposed to learn from this?".  Then say "Thank You!".

Gratitude is a practice of constant reflection on the gifts in your life.  


"You are free to Choose, you have the power to feel good anywhere anytime it’s up to you to choose to be happy or not!"

Gratitude is Happy, Happy is Good, The difference between God and Good is just one  0 (zero).  God is within you!
