Be Present


Present in the moment


Listen to those you are with. Put down your electronic device. Look people in the eye when communicating. 

Listen to hear and understand. NOT to respond. Echo back what others say to gain clarity and understanding. Seek first to understand then seek to be understood. 
Seek to understand the joys, interests and fears of others. 



Share the moment. Be there in mind, body and spirit.  In the moment it may be better to be kind than right. 

Close your monkey mind.  Take a pause.  Deep breaths. Think. Act.  Learn to get quiet.  Listen to your inner voice.  Listen to your heart.  Listen to your gut.  Work the problem.  Always looking for the positive. 

Your mind is wired to protect you.  Work to take control of your mind.  For your minds protection mechanisms could paralyze you from growth and taking action.
 Be present with yourself and aware of your own internal environment.

When life is hard, be present.  Do not be afraid to suffer.  Through suffering is learning and builds strength.  Build Mental Toughness (Breathe, Set goals, Envision success, Positive mental attitude)

A simple example of suffering  is working out.    Painful sometimes.  Over time you earn very positive results.  You are in control of your mind .  You get it done.  


To stay in the present in the moment,  practice Self Care!  

Only put good into you Mind through what you read, study, watch and listen to.  Eat healthy!  Whole foods to fuel the body machine.  Build you spirit though positive self talk!  Be aware of what you are saying to yourself.  Make it good positive self talk.  

Be Present!
